Michael Roland Jordan, age 64, of Hungry Horse, Montana has passed away. Born June 30, 1958 in Woonsocket, RI, Michael was a Vietnam veteran, avid fisherman, and skilled outdoorsman. He spent the majority of his life living off the land in search for that one place that felt like home. He found that home in Montana; and no matter how much he traveled, he always found his way back there. He spent a great deal of his adult life trying to convince his children and grandchildren (especially Abigail) that he could eat any bugs in the woods and would often be seen swallowing worms in front of them, just to throw them up again.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Donald and Roger. He is survived by his daughters Heather Marcano (Kenny) of Lincoln, RI; Stephanie Delaurier (Jason) of North Port, FL; Bethany Jordan (Thomas) of Torrington, CT; Jessica Jordan of North Port, FL; and Brittany Jordan of Nashua, NH. He is also survived by his niece Becca Jordan of Woonsocket, RI; many grandchildren, and the many friends he made throughout his life long travels.
Michael was a private man and it is at the request of his family that services remain private.
