Joellen Arlene Potter

Joellen “Joey” Arlene Potter, age 81, formerly of Great Falls, MT passed away in Columbia Falls, MT July 21, 2022. She was born January 18, 1941 in Billings, MT to the late Elliott Trump and Edna Mary Trump (Maxwell).

Joey was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Some of her hobbies included fishing, quilting, and gardening. She was a phenomenal cook and will be dearly missed around the holidays when she made Christmas popcorn. Joey made “the best” Potter Pickles. She enjoyed playing pinochle with her ladies card group. During her professional career, Joey taught 2nd grade.

Joey is survived by 3 sons: David Potter (Roberta), Raymond Potter (Tammy), Daniel Potter (Kelly); 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; sister, Jackie Whisonant (Joe); 2 nephews: Bob and Don; and 3 nieces: Cindy, Terry, and Julie. In addition to her parents, Joey is preceded in death by husband, Frank Aaron Potter, grandson, Dan Nelson; nephews: Jim and Gene Shinnick; and niece, Cathy Potter.
