Evelyn Frances Thrasher

Evelyn Frances Thrasher, age 93, of Columbia Falls, MT passed away March 25, 2022. She was born February 27, 1929 to the late Albin Kraemer and Agnes Kraemer (Brennick).
Evelyn had a loving and welcoming heart to all who crossed her path. Her strong faith and love of the Lord was evident to all who knew her. She worked several jobs throughout her lifetime; florist, teacher, bank teller and finally retired from Lockheed Shipyard in 1990. But her favorite role was being a Mom, she loved being a mother & wife and many would call her “Mom”. Evelyn held many interests and was quite adventurous. She had a compassionate nature and accepted everyone equally. We will remember her for her love of nature, flowers, camping, hiking, or anything that got her outside with family.
Evelyn is survived by her daughters, Julie Thrasher-Hansell (Dave), Susan Thrasher, and Sarah Wise (Scott); 5 grandchildren; 2 ½ great-grandchildren; and brother, Albin Kraemer. In addition to her parents, Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Dick” Thrasher; and son, Gordon Thrasher.
A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial for Evelyn Frances Thrasher will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 11, 2022 at St. Richard Catholic Church, 1210 9th Street West, Columbia Falls, MT 59912.
