Andrea E. Halden

Andrea Elizabeth (Ryan) Halden was born on June 21, 1948, in Whitefish. She passed away at her home from medical problems on June 21, 2021, on her birthday, at the age of 73.

She attended all of her school years in Columbia Falls, and graduated in 1966. Andrea worked as a waitress, bartender and a legal secretary at various firms in the valley. She married Dean Halden in 1982, and worked with her husband in telecommunications, traveling in a RV and working throughout the USA for 13 years.

She loved playing Keno, cards, reading and socializing.

Andrea is survived by her husband, Dean Halden; son, Slade Iverson (Brenda); also her daughter, Dara Iverson; stepsons, Bill Halden (Hanna) and Derek Halden (Marcie), eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Anne Thomas; sister, Margaret Young; and brother, Roy Ryan and his wife Janice.

A celebration of life will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. July 18 at Marantette Park in Columbia Falls.
